Terrifying robot police car hunts down speeders like a Terminator (via DVICE.COM) – seems like a good idea on paper, but the whole “robots taking over the world” thing here kind of creeps me out.
I much prefer the scowl of a State Trooper behind mirrored sunglasses. At least you can attempt to explain yourself.
I agree with your view. But just look at the innovations. Scientists are really doing great jobs.

Implementing such a thing is not that as easy task, it will take much time to do so. And I agree with you that it looks good on paper, the real results can be only known after it is being developed.
