Mobile Baby Monitor

Here's interesting new mobile phone app from Psiloc called BabyCare - it turns your phone into a remote baby monitor, picking up sounds and calling you if "suspicious sounds" are detected (baby crying, etc.).

If you happened to have a spare Series 60 Nokia phone and power supply lying around then this makes perfect sense. Otherwise you can buy a baby monitor from Graco for $50.

Here's an idea - the folks at Graco can add in a Series 60 GSM module and Psiloc can also activate the phone's camera to take a snapshot and send it when sounds are heard. I predict a $299 deluxe baby monitor in our future!
